The veteran motor yacht LLANTHONY photo 22/10/2015. She was built in 1934 at Camper Nicholsons. She is a Dunkirk Little Ship and I understand she saved 280 troops.
I’m researching canadians during the evacuation of Dunkirk for school and it’s an incredible surprise to see that this boat not only exists but is still used!

This is a lovely little ship which has seen a lot of action. Llanthony has a lot of history attached to her and is currently being refitted along the Medway in kent. I do hope the current owner does her proud in terms of her restoration.

She is at present moored on the Thames just above Hambleden lock. She still looks a beautiful little ship. Serious boat envy .
