Does anyone remember the Littleboy family who were Thames Watermen for generations? Harry Littleboy – known as Spanker – was the skipper of the General VII. Rob and Mo Littleboy were apprenticed to him in 1946 and 1947.

My father Lawrence Taylor LOL. was skippers mate and Skipper in the 1960’s. I use to go with him and make the tea and coffee for the barge hands.
